Compare the 30 days before yesterday to the 30 days before that: sessions, users, conversions and conversion rate. Then break the gap down by acquisition channel and tell me which one explains most of the variation.

Copy into your AI

Which pages lost the most sessions over this period? For the top five, tell me whether the drop comes from incoming traffic or from a change in behavior on the page.

Copy into your AI

Which high-traffic pages have an engagement rate clearly below the site average? Rank them by volume of lost sessions.

Compare the conversion rate on mobile and on desktop, page by page, for the pages that matter most in the purchase journey. Flag gaps above 30%.

For each acquisition channel over 90 days: sessions, conversions, conversion rate. Which one brings me the most volume, which one brings the best quality, and are they the same?

Copy into your AI

Which traffic sources appeared or disappeared this month compared to last month?

Copy into your AI

What is happening on the site right now? Number of active users, pages viewed, sources.

These questions come from the guide Google Analytics, which explains when to ask them and how to read the answers.

Organic search

Rankings within reach of page 1, sudden drops, missing content.
The most profitable question

In Search Console over the last 90 days, give me the queries with an average position between 8 and 20 and more than 100 impressions. For each one: the position, the impressions, the clicks, the click-through rate and the page concerned. Sort by impressions, descending.

Take action

For the first five queries in this list, analyze the page that ranks and tell me what it is missing: intent poorly covered, content too short, title that does not include the query, no direct answer. Give me one concrete action per page.

Copy into your AI

Which queries have an average position below 10 but a click-through rate below 2%? For each one, indicate the page and suggest a title and a meta description that reflect the intent of the query.

Compare the last 28 days to the previous 28. Which pages lost the most clicks? For each one, specify whether the drop comes from a loss of position, a drop in impressions, or a fall in click-through rate.

Copy into your AI

Which queries have generated impressions without a single click over the last 90 days? Group them by topic and tell me which ones would deserve a dedicated page I do not have yet.

Inspect the URL [ADDRESS]: is it indexed, when was it last crawled, and is there any reported issue?

These questions come from the guide Search Console, which explains when to ask them and how to read the answers.

Advertising

Wasted budget, junk search terms, trade-offs.
Question 1

On my Google Ads account, list every conversion action: its name, its status, whether it is included in the account goals, and the date of the last conversion recorded for each. Flag the ones that have recorded nothing for more than 14 days.

Question 2

Over the last 90 days, give me per campaign: cost, number of conversions, cost per conversion and share of total budget. Sort by decreasing cost. Highlight the campaigns that account for more than 5% of the budget with fewer than 3 conversions.

Question 3: put a figure on the decision

For the campaigns you just identified, calculate the total spent over 90 days and bring it down to a monthly amount. That is the amount I recover if I stop them today.

Question 4

Over the last 90 days, give me the 30 search terms that cost the most without generating any conversion. For each, show the cost, the number of clicks and the campaign concerned.

Question 5

For my Display and Performance Max campaigns, give me the placements that consumed the most budget without any conversion over 90 days. Separate mobile apps from websites.

These questions come from the guide Find the wasted ad budget, which explains when to ask them and how to read the answers.

Tracking and measurement

Broken tags, conversions that stopped reporting, fixes pushed live.
Opening question

List my Google Tag Manager accounts and containers, then for the main site's container: every tag with its type and status, every trigger, and the date of the last publication.

The diagnosis

In this container, check and report: 1) tags with no trigger at all, 2) triggers that are not used by any tag, 3) tags pointing to a URL or an event that no longer exists, 4) duplicate measurement or conversion IDs, 5) tags that are disabled or paused. For each anomaly, explain the concrete consequence.

The cross-check

Compare: for each Google Ads conversion action, the date of the last recorded conversion; and in Analytics, the volume of conversion events over the last 30 days. Flag any action declared in Tag Manager that has no echo on the Ads or Analytics side.

Before closing

What is the status of my Tag Manager workspace? List the changes awaiting publication, and tell me whether the live version already contains them.

The fix

Fix the trigger of the “contact form” conversion so that it points to the event the site actually sends. Create a dedicated workspace, apply the fix, then show me the result BEFORE publishing.

The publication

Publish this workspace with an explicit version name and a description of the fixes made.

Full audit

Run a full audit of my tracking: 1) inventory of tags, triggers and last publication date, 2) tags with no trigger, orphan triggers, duplicate IDs, paused tags, 3) cross-check with the conversions actually recorded in Google Ads and Analytics over 30 days, 4) workspace status. End with the fixes ranked from most to least urgent, each with the quantified consequence if I do nothing.

These questions come from the guide Audit (and fix) your tracking, which explains when to ask them and how to read the answers.

Client reporting

The monthly report, from raw data to deliverable.
1. The essentials

For the [CLIENT] account, compare the past month to the previous month AND to the same month last year: sessions, conversions, ad spend, cost per conversion. Give me a short table and flag any gap above 15%.

2. Acquisition

Break down the traffic change by channel. For the two channels that moved the most, in either direction, give me your explanatory hypothesis based on the available data.

3. Organic search

In Search Console over the same month: the 10 queries that gained the most and the 10 that lost the most clicks. Flag the pages losing positions on high-volume queries.

4. Advertising

Per campaign: cost, conversions, cost per conversion and change versus the previous month. Identify the most and the least profitable campaign, and tell me what you would do with the second one.

5. The summary

From everything above, write the report for a non-technical executive. Five blocks: the essentials, what worked, what did not work, what we fixed, the three priorities for next month. No jargon, no tool names, short sentences. Every statement backed by a number.

To a shareable spreadsheet

In my Google Sheet [spreadsheet ID], fill a summary tab with the report's key figures, and one tab per data source with the details.

Full monthly report

Prepare the monthly report for the [CLIENT] account for [MONTH]. Steps: 1) compare the month to the previous one and to the same month last year on sessions, conversions, cost and cost per conversion; 2) break down by acquisition channel and explain the two biggest gaps; 3) in Search Console, the 10 rising queries and the 10 falling ones; 4) per advertising campaign, cost, conversions and change; 5) write the summary for a non-technical executive in five blocks, the essentials, what worked, what did not work, what we fixed, the three priorities for next month. Short sentences, no jargon, every statement backed by a number.

These questions come from the guide The monthly client report, which explains when to ask them and how to read the answers.

Token consumption

Measure and reduce what your connectors send to the AI.
Paste into your assistant, after a tool call

Show me the raw response the tool just returned, inside a code block, without rephrasing or summarizing it. Then tell me the number of characters in that response.

Instead of “give me my pages”

Give me the 10 pages that lost the most sessions between the last 30 days and the previous 30. Only those 10 rows, sorted by decreasing gap.

These questions come from the guide Reduce the token consumption of your MCP servers, which explains when to ask them and how to read the answers.
